I love these guys. Ronald went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. He’s awesome and very friendly. I then spoke with Marco who was absolutely fantastic! He was very friendly and listened to everything I had to say. Joseph who is the sales manager was straight to the point. He told me that he couldn’t make any promises on a down payment, but he would do his absolute best. He worked really hard to make sure I left happy. These guys definitely understood the assignment!! Jose sales manager and gabby at the Charlotte Pike location made my experience in getting a car very easy. They communicated well with me and answered any questions that I asked. They also helped me with my down payment and made it affordable for me to purchase the vehicle I was interested in buying. Also big big shout out to Jose for making my car look brand new even tho they didn’t have a person to wash the car! Came in to purchase a vehicle and met Mark he was so nice and helpful. Spent lots of time with us. Jose I can't say enough great things about!!! He makes things happen! But at the same time he has a heart which is lacking in this industry! He is the reason for my purchase and Jax was also the BEST! I have to include Pete too bc he was very nice.
