How long have you been in business?

We have been in the business for over 20 years. We take care of our customers and treat everyone the same way that we would want to be treated. Once our customers buy from us they come back for more because we treat them right. We have some customers that have over ten vehicles in the family!

Do you increase the price of your cars like most Buy Here Pay Here lots that sell vehicles above retail?

No! We believe the price we list is what the vehicle is worth, cash or finance. We do not believe in increasing the price because you are financing and in fact we sell most of our vehicles well below retail. We take pride in having the best deals in town.

We hear a lot of bad stories from Buy Here Pay Here lots, how are you different?

We are different because our business model is different. Most Buy Here Pay Here dealers sell vehicles above retail price. We believe that taking care of our customers and working with them is the most important aspect of the business. Our goal is to sell a car and we only use the in-house finance as a means to help our customers get credit. The last thing we want to see is a vehicle that doesn't get paid for. We want our customers happy and coming back for their second and third vehicles.

Used car salesmen always lie, why should I trust you?

Well, the truth is you should be aware wherever you shop. We implement policies like no haggle pricing, no commission on sales, and a no pressure sales environment to help make the deal go as smooth as possible. We tell all our employees to treat each and every person as if they were sitting on the other side. Since there is no commission you can trust that the salesman is not just trying to pad his wallet.

Warranty Help

Do your cars come with any type of warranty?

We offer a 30 day/1500 mile limited service contract on most vehicles we sell. Please ask your sales associate for details. On our newer vehicles(5 model years or newer, and less than 100,000 miles) we offer a 6 month/6000 mile limited service contract on the engine and transmission. On top of this we also offer a 3 day return policy if for some reason you just absolutely do not love your vehicle, no questions asked. And beyond this again we also offer many warranties through Penn Warranty if your vehicle is eligible which we sell at no markup! One of the most popular warranties is the monthly Genesis warranty which costs $39.95/mo and can be paid either by checking account or credit/debit card each month and actually lasts as long as you keep the warranty, that means it's a lifetime unlimited mileage warranty!

What if I do not have a warranty and something happens?

We have an 8 bay service shop dedicated to our customers and offer at cost repairs for our customers whether they are paid for or still financing it. Our service center is not a profit center, it is there as a service to our customers. Most service shops spend a lot of money on tactics to upsell customers on unneeded service. We, on the other hand, will tell you exactly what the problem is and try to find the most economical way of getting you back on the road!

What is At Cost?

We offer you a discounted labor rate that we have determined to cover our costs. We also do not mark up the parts to make a profit on them. We are simply here to serve you. We want to keep you on the road because we know that spending money on unforeseen repairs makes it difficult to make car payments. We also know that time without a vehicle makes it hard to get to work. We do everything we can to make it as quick and economical as possible.

Financing Questions

Can you really finance anyone? How?

Yes, we really can. We look at the person not the credit score. We know sometimes people get into a tough situation and this hurts their credit. We believe in second chances. We can literally finance any credit situation. We don't look at everything in black and white like the banks do, we know that everyone is different and evaluate it like that. We guarantee 100 percent approvals and we mean it.

How much do you charge for financing?

We have a simple interest with rates as low as 6.9% for our in-house financing. This is the best rate you will find for lot financing. Most places charge 20% and up. Be careful of dealers that charge a finance fee on top of their finance charge. We do not and never will. The great thing about us is the earlier you pay it off the less you pay.

What do I need to bring in when I come?

You will need to bring the following:

  • Proof of income (two most recent check stubs)
  • Proof of residence (two utility bills with your address)
  • Full coverage insurance
  • Verifiable References with complete addresses

Is there a penalty for an early payoff?

No. We do not charge any penalties for an early payoff. In fact we encourage it to save you time and money if you are capable of doing it. We want to give you the best deal we can.

Do you raise the price if I am financing?

No, we do not. We really do not understand how people allow other dealers to do this. It is actually illegal to do this. We have the same prices whether you are paying cash or financing it with us. Do not let others increase their price because you have bad credit. It is really important to compare our total price to others. Sometimes with other dealers you end up paying double the price than what you would pay with us!

Can you only finance me on a piece of junk?

We can get you financed on any vehicle on our lot if you have the funding to do so! We believe you should love the car you are buying. Don't just buy the first thing you can, come here and pick one up that you actually love! You have a choice with us. We have deals so good you would purchase this car whether or not you need the financing!
